Real Estate Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Real Estate Sales Representative to join our growing sales team.
This position will focus on customer development, product presentation, sales consultations, and customer follow-up, providing clients with professional modular home products and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and assist potential customers, understand their needs, and provide professional product consultations.
- Present our modular home products, configurations, and solutions to customers and assist throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with potential customers and sales leads while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Support marketing and sales activities and achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks and support smooth team operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and follow-up skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, responsible, and goal-driven.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Experience in housing, construction, modular homes, or related industries is a plus.
Working Hours
Tuesday – Sunday
11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
