Overview
As a Recruiter, you will be the primary engine for our expansion, identifying and engaging the top-tier talent needed to scale our business. You will own the talent funnel from the initial hunt to the final vetting. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership to build elite pipelines and ensure a high-touch, professional candidate experience that reflects our standard of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage passive talent through social recruiting, headhunting, and networking.
- Build candidate benches for active and future roles to ensure constant flow of talent.
- Partner with managers to calibrate search criteria and meet evolving team goals.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical fit and organizational alignment.
- Manage the top-of-funnel process, ensuring all data is tracked.
- Ensure the candidate experience is seamless.
- Lead our college recruiting and outreach to identify and secure emerging talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Dynamic interpersonal skills to build rapport and drive candidate engagement.
- Excellent research and screening abilities to identify and assess potential candidates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous agency experience is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in Wholesale, Fashion, Consumer Goods is strongly preferred.
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
