Our client, an American retailer that owns and operates 4 brands that are well known, is looking for someone to join their team as a Recruiter. This role is fully remote!
This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits offered
The team is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer acceptance
- Source candidates via job boards, professional networks, databases, and direct outreach
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across a range of roles
- Partner with internal teams and hiring managers to present qualified candidates
- Coordinate candidate submissions and manage feedback loops with stakeholders
- Assist in offer negotiations, including compensation discussions
- Manage multiple open requisitions with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience recruiting within fashion, apparel, retail, or consumer goods industries
- 3+ years of similar experience
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and present top-tier candidates quickly
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
