As a Recruiter in our fast-paced environment, you will be the primary engine for our growth, responsible for the end-to-end hiring journey for every department

What You Will Do

  • Full-Cycle Ownership: You will manage the entire recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Technical Deep-Dives: You'll work closely with the engineering and product teams to understand specific stacks and requirements, ensuring you can accurately assess a candidate's suitability.
  • Non-Tech Expansion: You will simultaneously scale our non-technical teams (Sales, Marketing, Ops) by identifying candidates who possess the right culture-fit and "builder" mentality.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Beyond just LinkedIn, you'll use niche platforms, social media, and community networking to find "ungettable" talent that fits a startup budget.
  • Bottleneck Breaking: You’ll identify and fix delays in our hiring process to keep our "Time-to-Hire" low and ensure a top-tier candidate experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Hybrid Recruitment Expertise: You have a proven track record of successfully hiring for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and non-technical (Sales, Ops, Marketing) roles. You are comfortable pivoting between complex technical requirements and high-volume business hiring.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You don't just rely on "gut feel." You use recruitment metrics—such as source effectiveness, conversion rates, and time-to-hire—to optimize the funnel, identify bottlenecks, and report progress to leadership.
  • Startup Resilience: You have experience navigating the fast-paced, often ambiguous environment of a startup. You understand the urgency of early-stage hiring and possess the "builder" mentality needed to create processes where they may not yet exist.
  • Strategic Sourcing: You are an expert at finding passive talent beyond traditional job boards. You know how to leverage niche communities, social networks, and creative outreach to attract top-tier candidates to a growing brand.
  • High Agency & Ownership: We are looking for a recruiter who operates with a sense of urgency and takes full accountability for the growth of our teams, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and candidates
  • Someone with 4-6 years of experience.
