Key Responsibilities
Assess the teams’individual learning needs and performance to develop and align withconcerned parties on short, mid & long-term training anddevelopment plans.
Contributes to defining thetraining calendar based on learning needs / retail excellenceprojects/partners requests/strategy for the Middle East.
Roll-out training programs as pertraining calendar (onboarding of newcomers, product &client experience training).Deep understandingof the
company culture
, heritage, product pillars and seasonalcollection knowledge.
Support team on the floorthrough follow-up sessions to enhance client service, storytellingand selling techniques in accordance with the brandstandards.
Key
Requirements
Minimum 4+ years of related workexperience with the luxury industry.
Excellentpresentation and public speaking skills & Excellentorganization skills
An in-depth understandingof Luxury Retail, Client Experience, and selling skills arerequired
Excellent understanding of Learningand blended learning.
Demonstrate ability toinfluence, and strong follow-up skills.
Willingto travel frequently.
