WHO WE NEED:We are looking foran exceptional Regional Manager for our four Las Vegas locations at ARIA, Bellagio, Four Seasons and Mandalay Bay resorts.
WHO YOU ARE:
Energetic andresults-oriented, with strongsales performance, outstandingcommunicationandleadershipskills,attention to detail, and at least three years of medspa experience to be a part of our growing team!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Manage daily operations
Educate clients about treatment benefits
Deliver outstanding customer service
Set team goals and reinforce best practices
Lead a team of service providers and front desk associates
Oversee employee onboarding, training, scheduling, and time clock reports
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
Maintain a clean and professional spa environment
Coordinate administrative tasks
