Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a creative and engaging marketing strategy with integrated marketing programs to build brand awareness through seasonal events, brand activations, PR, and affiliate marketing strategies.
Collaborate with teams across the business to develop strategic and tactical activities (from concept to delivery) across multi-channels in line with the marketing calendar, focusing on retaining current customers, engaging new customers, and growing sales.
Ensure consistency in the brand’s tone of voice and that brand values are well represented at all times.
Lead and deliver campaigns through offline, digital, and social media channels.
Execute cohesive campaigns, photo shoots, content creation, storytelling, and asset development for our website and web store.
Produce fresh, innovative work that translates ideas into compelling print materials and digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences.
Leverage available data and insights to develop activities that are targeted and deliver results.
Build and structure the team, setting clear objectives and targets while coaching and mentoring individuals to thrive and develop in their roles.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, or marketing required. A Master’s degree in advertising, design, or marketing is a plus.
Arabic Speaker.
15+ years of overall experience inBranding/marketing, preferably from the retail and fashion sector.
Demonstrated understanding of 360 integrated campaigns and strong digital marketing literacy.
Confident individual with excellent creative, communication, and copywriting skills.
Prior experience inadvertising agencies,retail chains, and e-commerce withpremium/luxury brands.
Obsessive about details and quality.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Prior experience in managing a team.
Arab speaker who has grown in Western countries and culture, including education, and has UAE working experience would be perfect match.
