Our client is a fashion retail company with strong presence globally. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for a Marketing Manager, APAC (Fashion Brand) to join the team.
Responsibilities:
Construct, design and implement the annual marketing strategy, with a clearly outlined Action Plan in tandem with the Key Message Map
Adapt the International Messaging Calendar to the region context, aligning with Product, VM, Digital and PR
Lead the development of 360 concepts (including Social/ Events/ Media/ BTL tactics
Scope, structure and define process to ensure that campaign selection, program and reporting needs are met
Understand and track evolving consumer preferences and trends to make strategic decisions on routes to market and consumer communications
To assist in developing all marketing activities (ATL/BTL) and act as team leader in their 360 degree implementation with other functions.
Digital marketing development & CRM/Omnichannel development, incorporating digital innovations into everything we do with a innovative mindset to attract different customer group
To review results in relation to objectives and continually improve the related KPIs
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing or related discipline
8 years or above experience in marketing, retail and digital marketing experience are preferred
Solid brand management and go-to-market experience including ATL, BTL, Digital Marketing inclusive of e-comm and new product launch experience and KOL/influencer management
Knowledgeable in social media skills
Detail-minded, self-motivated, independent and strong team player
Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
