Location: LONDON & SOUTH EAST REGION – candidates should be able to comfortably travel to central London and the East of the UK.

Salary: £Competitive + bonus, car allowance and medical benefit – with 27 days annual leave; hybrid working & employer matched pension

The Regional People & Culture Business Partner plays a leadership role in both the People and Retail teams by driving the company’s people strategy in our stores. You’ll make sure that our colleagues are the heart of everything we do – making sure we are a great place to work and an amazing culture.

What you’ll do

At Primark we do retail our way…so here is a taste of what you can expect in the role.

Partner with the Regional Director of Sales as a trusted advisor to support effective strategic and operational decision making across the region. The region consists of 62 stores and approx. 12k colleagues.

Lead a team of Area & Cluster People & Culture Business Partners across the region, coaching and inspiring the team every day.

Collaborate effectively with the wider and central People & Culture team to enable a consistent, high-quality delivery of the P&C agenda.

Coach and develop the retail leadership team on the region with a clear focus on great leadership and people management skills.

Work in partnership to drive all people related KPIs across the region.

Role model the Primark values and behaviours playing a key role in the culture of Primark, creating an environment where we are able to deliver an amazing colleague and customer experience.

What you’ll bring

Proven HR leadership experience from a comparable multisite background.

Good thought leadership across all the HR drivers of performance, talent development, employee relations, employee culture and well-being.

Excellent consultative, organisational, problem-solving; and business partnership skills. As well as being highly analytical, being able to source actionable insights from people related data to make informed decisions.

Strong leadership and coaching skills – ability to influence your team and others to communicate and inspire at all levels.
