Overview

We are a full‑spectrum spa that offers a range of esthetic, massage, and sugaring services. Our team members are expected to deliver high‑quality service to all clients, regardless of gender, and pride themselves on professionalism, teamwork, and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Provide client services such as facials, manicures, pedicures, sugaring, body scrubs, massage, and any other services trained for that position.
  • Maintain a professional work environment, including clean workstations and well‑kept personal appearance (nails trimmed to company standards).
  • Consistently meet performance standards, client feedback, and retention goals.
  • Support team growth by sharing best practices and participating in ongoing training (e.g., Hydrafacial, body sugaring).
  • Adhere to our schedule requirements: 4–5 day work week, at least 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, and a minimum of 3 evenings per month.
  • Communicate promptly with management and clients via phone, email, or text.

Qualifications

  • Friendly, energetic, and enthusiastic with a proactive, team‑player mindset.
  • Experience or willingness to be trained in esthetic services, sugaring, and massage (certified or in‑training).
  • Comfortable working with a diverse clientele; 69% of our clients are male.
  • Accurate, quick reading and communication skills.
  • Reliable attendance and the ability to work flexible evenings.
  • Proficiency in at least one additional language is an asset.

Compensation & Schedule

All new employees begin at a probationary rate of $17.60 per hour for 15 days. After this evaluation period, pay is based on work ethic, performance, and client retention.

  • Hourly wages with potential commissions for meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • No formal benefits package is offered; employees may negotiate flexible schedules within the above requirements.

Other Information

Employees are required to provide a valid government‑issued  the time of hiring. All certifications or training must be completed prior to the first day of work (or the employee must be committed to completing them promptly).
