Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various beauty services, including hair styling, nail care, and eyelash extensions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a flair for retail sales, allowing you to connect with clients and enhance their experience while promoting our services.
Responsibilities
Provide a range of cosmetology services, including hair styling, nail care, and eyelash extensions.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon environment.
Stay updated on the latest trends in cosmetology and beauty treatments.
Assist in store management tasks as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or certification.
Experience in retail sales is preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling techniques and nail care services.
Familiarity with salon software for managing appointments and client records.
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Ability to upsell products and services effectively.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is a plus.
Experience with eyelash extensions is desirable but not mandatory.
