Replenishment Planner
The Replenishment Planner is responsible for inventory management and allocations, for all North America DTC Channels. The Replenishment Planner will maximize sales and achieve financial objectives for the company by managing productive inventory levels. They will report to the Director of Planning to develop and execute inventory strategies that drive sales while maintaining productive inventory levels. The Replenishment Planner plays a lead role in the allocation and product lifecycle of the collections, and they will work closely with cross-functional partners, in both the US and Paris HQ.
Responsibilities:
Own the allocation strategy and process for all DTC Channels: Boutiques, Bloomingdales, Outlets & Digital
Collaborate with Planning and Merchant teams to execute seasonal product initiatives
Monitor DTC stock levels at the SKU level to optimize inventory and maintain healthy inventory levels across the network
Reforecast monthly Permanent and Carryover reorder projections that adapt to current trends and manage seasonal collection exits
Manage inventory targets for stores front of house and back-of-house capacities
Create and maintain store-attributed geographic KPIs through data analysis
Establish strong partnerships with the store teams by maintaining regular communication and identifying regional inventory opportunities to drive sales
Plays a key role in the execution of new store openings and allocations with the 360 Store Development team
Recap and communicate inventory performance to both N.A. and Global teams
Create and maintain size profiles by door by category to align stock with demand
Meet or exceed sales, gross margin, and inventory turn goals
Run weekly Performance Summary Report, FP vs MD Report, and monitoring of special initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
3-4 years experience in a retail environment, multichannel experience is preferred
Experience in product planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain
Proficient in retail math
Entrepreneurial self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative and leadership skills
Strong ability in Microsoft Excel (i.e. vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, etc) and database in applications; including building adhoc spreadsheets
Extremely detail-oriented and willing to analyze down to the lowest level
Ability to work closely with a diverse group of people
Strong written and oral communication skills
Flexible and have a can-do attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
