We are looking for a Replenishment Specialist in Celestino to be responsible for managing codes, quantities, and distribution of stock across our shop network and e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient inventory replenishment processes, optimizing stock levels, and coordinating with various teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Monitor stock levels, anticipate demand, and ensure timely replenishment of products to all retail stores and the online shop.
Organize and process distribution orders to ensure timely delivery of merchandise to retail stores.
Coordinate the compilation of merchandise assortments for each store and prepare sales plans based on inventory levels.
Verify and update merchandise codes to ensure accuracy in the inventory management system.
Monitor sales performance and inventory levels regularly, providing updates to the electronic system.
Identify sales trends, slow-moving items, and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct daily checks and oversight of the store warehouses to ensure proper stock organization and stockroom cleanliness.
Assist in planning and executing promotional strategies, including markdowns, discounts, and special offers.
Generate and analyze relevant sales and inventory reports, providing insights to optimize inventory management and product performance.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (basically Excel)
Proficiency in using ERP Software.
Proficiency in the English language.
Familiarity with supply chain processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
A passion for fashion, trends, and an understanding of the retail market.
Will be an asset to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field
At least 2 years work experience in inventory management, retail operations, or supply chain coordination, preferably in the fashion industry
