Role Overview
Fashion Nova Logistics is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates – Replenishment to join our fast-paced distribution center. In this role, you will be responsible for replenishing inventory to ensure products are available for order fulfillment while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume warehouse environment, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to supporting efficient warehouse operations through teamwork, accuracy, and continuous productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish inventory locations to ensure products are available for order picking and fulfillment.
- Use RF scanners, Android devices, and warehouse management systems to accurately move and replenish inventory.
- Transport and stage inventory in designated storage locations while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Verify product quantities, locations, and item information before replenishment.
- Inspect replenishment equipment and report any damage or safety concerns to leadership.
- Label and organize inventory for accurate tracking and retrieval.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while supporting 5S initiatives.
- Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support daily operational goals.
- Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.
- Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime, based on business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, logistics, or fulfillment experience preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently bend, stoop, squat, twist, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, moving equipment, and moderate to high noise levels.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety requirements.
