Dubai based role
Preferring Arabic Speaker and must have experience with the FMCG industry.
Salary range- AED 25000-30000 per month plus Family Benefits
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the profitability of all the Stores, Kiosks, outlets, franchise & ones selling the
brand’s key products in UAE.
Overseeing inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Oversees the operations and performance of full Area.
Budgetary responsibilities, including managing expenses, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability within their area .
Developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective implementation at each location.
Researching competitors, analyzing consumer behavior, and developing strategic plans to capitalize on market trends.
Providing updates and reports on Sales and operational performance.
Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage operations across multiple locations.
Initiate retail channel sell-through programs, promotions, and other marketing strategies for improved business
Responsible for building the right sales forecast and managing the product inventories with the outlets.
Deliver timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Need a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related field
Minimum 8 years retail experience
