As Retail Area Manager at our Shanghai Office you will The Retail Area Manager role is responsible for leading the Acne Studio stores in all aspects, from sales to profit and brand building. Our studios are an important part of our company and growth, therefore we are looking for an Retail Area Manager that can work independently and immediately take the studios to a high level. Among other things this responsibility includes, Drive sales and KPI performance in the studios, secure the highest level of customer service, build the customer base in the local market, development of the store teams, visual display, secure inventory, secure costs and profits.
The Retail Area Manager reports to the Head of Retail.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Retail Area Manager your main contribution will be to[describe main objectives and purpose of this role]. You will report to Head of Retail China Mainland and Hong Kong. You will play a vital role in[describe main results this role will achieve]by:
Organizing the daily work in the stores
Managing the team of Store Managers
Assuring that all stores meet sales requirements and provide excellent customer service
Recruiting suitable store teams and planning the work schedule and area meetings
Assuring that all stores are presentable and have the appropriate stock of merchandise
Analyzing sales figures and other key performance indicators to take action when required
Administrative duties such as reporting and communicating to the Global Retail Director.
Work proactively to develop relationships with all employees in the area
Further develop Acne Studios position in the area
Follow up sales and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times
Be an ambassador for the Acne Studios brand
Extensive traveling is required

Specific personal qualities for this role:
Solid management background with at least 10 years of Retail management experience for a high-end brand
Experience in leading other managers in multiple units is a requirement
Sales driven and result-oriented
Organized and structured with ability to set structure, routines and processes
Service-minded
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
