Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory management and merchandising strategies.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and company policies.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager on strategic planning initiatives to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
