Plato’s Closet is all about being fashion savvy and shopping smart. We’re a nationwide unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty somethings – we buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest teen brand name designer for girls and guys.
Plato’s Closet in Eau Claire is looking for style conscious, customer service oriented part-time sales associates that are available evenings, weekends, holidays and school breaks.
Responsibilities include buying inventory, ringing sales, processing returns, answering phones, assisting customers, attending the fitting rooms, tagging, communicating our buying process to customers, and any other tasks associated with a sales associate position.
Qualifications
- A strong understanding of teen clothing and popular styles
- Provides great customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Shows proficiency in using POS systems, cash registers, and basic math skills
- Displays strong communication skills and ability to work well independently or in a team
- Has previous experience in a retail setting (preferred)
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Must be 16 years of age
