We, Solomon HR, are inviting the following talents for a retail client specializing in handbags and shoes.

The Role

The Retail Brand Manager is the guardian of the brand and ensures that all products, services, and retail concepts under the brand are continuously enhanced to resonate with current and future customers. This role also leads and develops the retail team to deliver commercial success and a consistently elevated customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive business goals & sales growth by partnering with landlords and vendors to develop creative, strategic retail solutions.

• Own and manage P&L to ensure profitability, support market growth, and meet brand performance targets.

• Monitor sales performance and use insights to recommend and implement strategies to optimize results.

• Conduct product and market analysis to track fashion trends, understand

customer needs, and assess competitors’ actions.

• Partner with Marketing & PR to strengthen brand awareness and increase store traffic through effective campaigns.

• Lead retail operations execution, ensuring stores meet brand standards and deliver consistent in-store experience.

• Work closely with the inventory team to support merchandising effectiveness, replenishment planning, and product availability.

• Bring hands-on international fashion brand experience, with the ability to translate brand strategy into effective retail execution.

Requirement

• 5 years of related experience in handbags and shoes or related, ideally with hands-on operation experience.

• Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and turn it into actionable improvements.

• Budget ownership and planning capability, including developing team priorities and managing assigned ad-hoc projects.

• Strong business mindset with a results-driven approach focused on growth,

customer satisfaction, and brand consistency.

• Proven leadership and collaboration skills across retail and cross-functional teams.
