Our Planning & Buying team is on a mission to find an analytical and forward-thinking Retail Buyer. This role is responsible for creating and executing Merchandise Buying strategies for Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels, across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories. This role supports our Full Price, E-commerce, and Outlet channels to maximize sales and profitability, through optimising assortments ranged and bought for.
So, what goes into making that happen?
Manage Buying activity across Footwear, Apparel, and Accessory categories, supporting all decisions with data.
Deliver product strategy while collaborating with DTC, Planning, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment.
Lead DTC Seasonal Ranging Process, including Product Selections and final Range Presentation.
Quantifying each Seasonal Buy for Full Price and E-Commerce, aligned to Option and OTB targets provided by Planning.
Providing Buy quantities for Out of Cycle Ranges within OTB and Option targets.
