We’re hiring a Beauty Buyer

- You’ll spot trends early—from viral beauty moments to culturally relevant shifts—and turn them into winning assortments
- Build powerful partnerships with vendors and negotiate like a pro to secure the best product at the best value
- Use data to tell the story—analyzing sales, customer behavior, and trends to make smart, fast decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, planning, marketing, and stores to bring your vision to life
- Be in the mix—market visits, trade shows, and vendor meetings to stay ahead of what’s next
What you bring to the table:
- 3–5 years of buying experience (off-price or trend-driven retail is a strong plus)
- A true passion for beauty, brand discovery, and product curation
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence working with vendors
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset
- Ability to move fast, juggle priorities, and make decisions with confidence
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
