Role Description
This is a full time on-site role for a Retail Cluster Manager, based in Sydney, NSW. The Retail Cluster Manager will oversee daily operations across multiple boutique locations, ensuring a consistent, high-level customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring retail teams, driving sales performance, implementing effective customer service strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role requires close collaboration with the management team to coordinate operational goals and strategies tailored to enhancing overall business performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Team Management and the ability to inspire and lead teams effectively
- Proven Sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to multitask, prioritise responsibilities, and adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Prior experience in retail or jewellery industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in inventory management and familiarity with retail management systems is a plus
