With a focus on innovation, sales growth, and operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Retail Director to lead and inspire their team of retail professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, increase market share, and meet vertical sales targets.
Recruit, train, and mentor retail associates, fostering a high-performance team environment.
Manage daily operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and regulatory compliance across multiple dispensaries.
Elevate customer satisfaction through outstanding service and comprehensive product knowledge, ensuring a consistent and welcoming in-store experience.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, optimize store performance, and implement data-driven solutions.
Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing cannabis retail operations.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management, with cannabis industry experience preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams.
Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel for performance tracking and decision-making.
Passion for the cannabis industry and a comprehensive understanding of the retail landscape.
