Key Responsibilities

Achieve China Boutiques P&L Objectives

Lead retail boutiques with clear strategies to achieve sales/productivity and boutique P&L/profitability targets.

Monitor Daily Boutique Performances and follow-up of sales: analyse and evaluate product sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks

Monthly follow-up of P&L performances (analysis, action plan…)

Handle salary packages (salary, incentives, commissions…) of sales staff

& Cross Function Communication

Store Planning support & Ensure smooth opening of new boutiques, supervise product/display material order, visual merchandising, staff recruitment/training and other boutique opening procedures

Manage retail operations team to ensure retail boutiques strictly follow brand and group operation guidelines and policies; fulfil retail boutiques’ operational needs to achieve operational excellence;

Manage new retail boutique openings by implementing existing brand and group operation guidelines and policies; ensure new retail boutiques adhere to brand service standards.

Build & Maintain good relations with local landlords to increase visibility & sales.

Work closely with Marketing & Communication department to provide high standard of client experience and to develop tailored CRM strategies.

Proactively provide product design and assortment feedback to the Merchandising team and ensure visual merchandising guidelines are strictly respected and maintained at high standard in retail boutiques at all times.

Work closely with other business partners (store project, logistics, finance and etc.) to ensure smooth daily retail boutique operations.

Team Management

Boutique Mystery Shopping Survey and Action Plan

Boutique staff: recruitment, movement and development; Create clear talent career development plans with HRBP to ensure high quality of retail workforce.

Follow all retail team performance and contribute to improve

Boutique support: staff uniforms & grooming, sales tools, boutique equipment…

Clients management

Achieve service quality targets (KPIs, mystery shopping results) and customer quality targets (CRM KPIs) through clear plans and regular tracking.

Propose and conduct strategy and action plans for traffic increasing (cross-marketing, partnerships…)

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above with more than 10 years related management experience in international luxury/ designer fashion brands

Strong sense of data management skills, sales & result oriented, strong interpersonal & management skills

Ability to work successfully as part of a cross-functional team while demonstrating a leadership style that is based on respect and trust

Skills required: strong verbal and written Chinese and English communication skills

Ability for frequent travels with flexibility in working hours
