Retail Director (KSA) for an iconic fashion brand. Our client with a global presence and a strong Middle East presence has this amazing opportunity.
The brand is seeking a motivated, switched on & experienced retail director to join and drive sales growth and customer service excellence. You will be passionate delivering on targets and be driven to improve customer service in your stores. In return you will be well rewarded for your efforts with a strong performance incentive and future international opportunities.
You will have overall responsibility for all stores across Saudi Arabia. You will be, providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment, maintaining and increasing standards of customer service and other areas across your market, driving team performance and controlling training and development of staff.
The role
· Leading and mentoring in regard to excellence in sales and service
· Ensuring stores are adhering to company standards and reaching and exceeding targets
· Managing the retail operations for your stores and supporting the managers
· Recruitment, training and development
· Leading by example, coaching and mentoring
About you
· High level of consultative selling skill and experience
· Driven to achieve and exceed all KPIs for your self and your teams
· Passion for excellence in service and a love of fabric and clothing
· Excellent understanding of apparel retail – either mens or women’s background considered
· Proven success in people management
· A high achiever, excellent communication skills, consistently demonstrate results
· Self driven and able to work autonomously and report to Regional GM and VP Retail in Europe HQ
