We are looking for a dynamic and experienced “Retail District Manager” for Türkiye.
MISSION
The District Retail Manager is dedicated to increasing store sales within their designated area. This role focuses on enhancing the customer experience, optimizing product management, and maximizing team potential to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional customer experience across all stores in the region by implementing best practices and maintaining high service standards.
- Product Management: Optimize product management strategies to ensure the right product mix, inventory levels, and merchandising techniques are utilized to maximize sales.
- Team Development: Develop and empower store teams to reach their full potential, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
- Sales Growth: Implement strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth, closely monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess store performance against sales targets and KPIs, providing guidance and support to store managers to achieve objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of Store Manager and retail experience.
- Minimum 2 years of District Manager experience.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Superior organizational skills to handle many pressing priorities with ease in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Be aware of the customer profile in each respective market, be able to adjust the product potential and the commercial strategies of competitors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Up-to-date with fashion and trends.
- Excellent communication skills with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused and confident in sales skills.
