RETAIL FASHION STYLIST / ASSOCIATE (PT / FT)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE SUBJECT BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
● Fashion & styling services – providing clients with honest feedback about style & fit
● Build and maintain client relationships through one of a kind customer service
● Increase sales and profitability through customer satisfaction
● Stocking / Merchandising
● Meeting both individual and team goals
● Opening and closing duties
● Clean and maintain proper store appearance and workspaces
● Assisting with social media content creation to drive sales
● Preparing merchandise (handwriting tags, cleaning, steaming, polishing, spot cleaning, etc.)
● Special projects
● Assisting with general store support
● Following FIFTH-MAIN’s guidelines and procedures
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
● Enthusiastic customer service skills
● Interest in visual merchandising
● Interest / experienced with styling
● Passionate about social media
● Attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
● Excellent work ethic: goal-oriented, self-motivated and confident
● Ability to self-manage and multi-task while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
● Effective verbal and written communication skills
● Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours
● Legible & neat handwriting; proper spelling and grammar
● Strong navigation with the cashier register, computer/laptop, smartphone, and interest functions; ability to learn new technology quickly
● Honest and trustworthy
● Consistent positive attitude / team contributor
● Regular, dependable attendance
WAGE:$15.00+ per hour
