Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers, process transactions, and maintain store appearance
Gain product knowledge and share beauty industry trends
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Commit to excellence and personal growth
Act with integrity at all times
Minimum Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Retail or related experience preferred
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to use POS systems; SAP experience is a plus
Availability to work weekends
18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout shift
Salary Range
From $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
