Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
Sell professional beauty brands, educate customers on promotions, and process transactions
Maintain store appearance, participate in inventories, and ensure product replenishment
Gain and share product knowledge and beauty trends
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Strive for excellence and growth opportunities
Act with integrity at all times
Minimum Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills
Retail or related experience preferred
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to use computerized point of sale systems; SAP experience is a plus
Availability to work weekends as required
Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
Compensation
Starting from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour
