Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals
Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, sales, and products
Process transactions, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance
Gain product knowledge and share beauty industry trends
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals
Commit to personal and professional growth
Act with integrity at all times
Minimum Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Retail or related experience preferred
Basic reading and math skills
Ability to use computerized point-of-sale systems; SAP experience is a plus
Availability to work weekends as required
Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or equivalent GED
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift
Starting pay ranges from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour.
