Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals consistently.
Sell professional beauty brands and educate customers on promotions, upcoming sales, and products.
Process transactions, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance.
Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Gain and share product knowledge and beauty industry trends.
Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals.
Commit to excellence and personal growth.
Act with integrity at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Retail or related experience preferred.
Basic reading and math skills.
Ability to operate a computerized point of sale system; SAP experience is a plus.
Availability to work weekends as required.
Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk throughout the shift.
Additional Information
Starting from $15.60 to $17.60 per hour.
