Our product range includes a selection of oils, from “grand cru” olive oil to everyday olive oil, table olives, as well as a wide range of balsamic and flavored vinegars, spreads (tapenade, antipasti), sauces and spices.
MISSIONS:
As Retail Manager Norway at Oliviers&Co, you will be responsible for managing retail operations and driving the commercial development of both our e-commerce business and our company-owned boutiques in Norway.
You will play a key role in implementing the brand’s growth strategy in the Norwegian market by coordinating local teams and working closely with the headquarters in France. You will report directly to the Managing Director of Oliviers&Co SAS.
Business Development :
- Drive sales growth and profitability across the three company-owned boutiques (Bekkestua, Steen & Strøm, and Bogstadveien).
- Develop and optimize online sales through the Norwegian e-commerce website.
- Strengthen and expand the existing retail network.
Marketing and Brand Development :
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Digital teams at Oliviers&Co SAS to grow brand awareness and sales in Norway.
- Adapt marketing campaigns to the Norwegian market.
- Participate in weekly and monthly meetings with both Oliviers&Co Norway and Oliviers&Co SAS teams..
Team and Operations Management :
- Manage, coach, and develop the local retail teams, including all HR-related responsibilities for the three company-owned boutiques.
- Manage the VIE (International Volunteer Program) Marketing & Web Coordinator based in Oslo.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure an efficient supply chain.
- Support internal departments with logistics coordination and order processing.
Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze the weekly and monthly performance of both the boutiques and the e-commerce website.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement action plans to achieve commercial objectives.
Budget Management
- Contribute to the preparation of annual budgets and allocate resources to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Optimize resource utilization to maximize profitability.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Fluent English
- If possible bilingual Norwegian or with good knowledge of Norwegian.
- Experience in team management and business development.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance data.
- Organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
