About the project:
This is not a typical retail job that forces you to stay behind the counter.
You’ll join the first barefoot shoe store in Cyprus — BFCshoes, building a new standard for natural footwear on the island.
We’re a young, motivated team looking for a proactive, growth-oriented person who’s ready to invest their energy into the job and make the impossible – possible!
Our ideal candidate:
- Has over 1 year sales experience (shoe retail is a plus)
- Speaks English B2+ (required); Russian B2+ is a strong advantage; Greek is a plus
- Is based in Limassol and has a valid work permit in Cyprus
Your main responsibilities:
These will vary depending on the agreed schedule
- Lead in-store and online sales of barefoot shoes for children and adults
- Manage clients in Bitrix24 CRM: track leads, follow up with customers, and process orders
- Maintain excellent store presentation — displays, cleanliness, stock accuracy
- Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and communication with contractors
- Take part in SMM/marketing or daily operations (during quieter sales periods)
- Learn the barefoot concept and educate clients confidently
