Mission and responsibilities:
Reporting to the General Manager, your role is to develop our direct and indirect retail network in Italy, to drive its profitability, enhance the consumer experience in store and empower the retail teams.
You will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
Retail Performance
In collaboration with the Retail Director Europe, coordinate specific retail strategies and action plans to improve business performance in own and franchise boutiques network
Analyze and monitor the retail performance KPIs (% prospects on base, new customers, reach out and contacted, sales on appointments) and productivity of boutiques, identify recommendations and support on implementing any defined actions
Consolidate all various retail performance KPIs data and identify actions to improve business performance
Identify, analyze, and work closely with international CRM and the Retail Director Europe on clienteling projects to drive client loyalty performance
Suggest tactical incentive and programs to drive retail performance and business
Retail Operations Excellence
Drive and improve Retail Operations Excellence by maximizing the retail operational standards, tools and processes developed by international retail performance team
Accompany, support and follow up with store managers to drive overall retail performance and operations excellence
Ensure the service level and merchandising is in line with the Brand international guidelines in all stores (quality of display, customer data collection and CRM usage, repair management, staff clothing, atmosphere, mystery shopping audits, etc.)
Retail Development
In collaboration with the General Manager and the Marketing department, oversee all new retail projects in the country, from location identification to project submission, construction and opening
Drive the design of the projects to maximize their potential with the Store Design Director
Manage tendering of local architects and general contractors
Ensure the constant follow-up of project management for new projects
Retail Teams Management & Development
In collaboration with HR and HQ Training team, and with the support of the Country Training Manager develop and roll out appropriate training for retail staff (Retail Academy)
Animate the Retail community in the country
Motivate and inspire passion and knowledge within our teams and clients, become true brand ambassador and epitomize brand values
Impulse the retail culture mindset within the direct and indirect retail network
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and above with min. 7 years of field experience (sales, boutique supervision, training)
Min. 3 years of retail management and ideally 2 years of project management experience (organized and details oriented)
Fluent in Italian and English
Global vision & understanding of the retail network
Aability to adeptly prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects
