We’re on the lookout for a Retail Subject Matter Expert (SME) to help shape next-gen AI models for the retail industry. You’ll work closely with our AI and product teams to ensure that our retail-focused AI systems are not just intelligent—but contextually accurate, compliant, and aligned with real-world retail operations.

What You’ll Do
- Train & Fine-Tune AI Models: Bring retail expertise to model development, ensuring accurate understanding of industry terms, workflows, and customer behavior.
- Annotate & Validate Data: Label datasets on product categories, pricing, promotions, and inventory to keep AI grounded in real scenarios.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AI engineers, analysts, and product leaders to align AI capabilities with retail business goals.
- Evaluate & Improve Models: Assess AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning, providing ongoing feedback for improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with new retail and AI innovations to help evolve our solutions.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Experience: 5–12 years in retail—merchandising, category management, supply chain, e-commerce, or store management.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with systems like ERP, POS, CRM, or inventory tools.
- Bonus: Experience in AI/ML, data annotation, or model evaluation.
