Responsibilities
As a Retail Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Maximize company’s commercial activities, ensuring profits through a careful management of operating expenses, seamlessly executing all activities to achieve goals
- Monitor the market environment and the trends in the local market in order to evaluate business opportunities and risks
- Visit regularly the stores (on a weekly basis) to increase the sales, customer experience/ satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Propose and implements actions in order to increase sales through the use of synergies among stores
- Monitor the implementation of every stockroom and maintenance procedures
- Develop local events and promotional activations per store in line with the brand strategy
- Manage and organize the retail merchandising and visual merchandising functions according to brand’s standards, in order to ensure the achievement of the sales target and the implementation of the agreed strategies
- Produce relevant reports, analysis on the business performances by store
Qualifications
In order for your profile to match this Retail Manager, you need to have the following:
- BSc/ MBA degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Experience of operating stores and concessions
- Fluent in Greek and English; any other second foreign language will be appreciated
- Ability to motivating and inspiring people both internally and externally
- Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and share information with enthusiasm and conviction
- Advanced IT literacy. (High level of PC skills, including all Microsoft Office programs)
- Passion about fashion and driving customer experience
Experience
- Minimum 4-5 year-experience of senior management experience in fashion retail
Skills
- Enthusiasm, dynamism, organization, detail orientation, hands-on, autonomy, taking initiatives
- Entrepreneurial taste, team spirit, strong communication skills, looking for challenges
- Organizational and presentation skills
