Job responsibilities
Business Drive & Development:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with keen focus on business priorities.
- Implement strategies to drive sales and maximize store performance.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong partnership with landlords to support business performance and operational excellence
Client Experiences:
- Ensure exceptional client experience are maintained at all times.
- Work with store team to develop and maintain strong clientele.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to store team members.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Brand Representation:
- Uphold the brand image and ensure all employees represent the brand values and standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Profile
- Experience as a Retail Manager for minimum 3 years.
- Excellent analytical, management, supervisory and administrative skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and to drive sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- The ability to work with minimum supervision, using initiative and independent judgment to self-start and follow-up on varied tasks in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail.
- Native Korea and fluent in English
