We are looking for a hands-on Retail Manager to drive sales, culture, and brand relevance. This role owns the business end-to-end, from store performance and team leadership to product flow and customer experience, with a strong focus on streetwear, hype products, and fast-moving collections.
Key Responsibilitie
- Own the commercial performance of NOUS Paris, sales, margins, KPIs, and growth
- Lead store teams to deliver high-energy, culture-led customer experiences
- Ensure stores reflect the brand DNA through visual merchandising, product drops, and storytelling
- Manage inventory flow, sell-through, and replenishment, focusing on high-demand and limited products
- Work closely with buying and marketing to maximize launches, exclusives, and key moments
- Develop, train, and retain strong retail talent with a performance-driven mindset
- Oversee daily operations while keeping execution fast, clean, and on-brand
