Job DescriptionThe Retail Marketing Coordinator is responsible for model and product photography, writing product listings, and assisting with various marketing and e-commerce endeavors. We are seeking someone who is marketing inclined and highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and a passion for fashion. This position requires a great team player who is eager to learn and thrives in collaborative settings.
Time: Approximately 20-25 hours per week; may vary depending on product volume. Availability Monday thru Friday, to be in stores 2-3 times per week as needed.
Location: Combination of remote and in-store presence at our Alpharetta and Johns Creek stores.
Photography: Coordinates, shoots and edits photography for e-commerce and marketing purposes.
Shoots and edits high quality model, product and store photography over 2-3 photo sessions as needed per week (primarily apparel)
Edits and uploads photos
Keeps track of incoming products, and plans shoots accordingly
Coordinates and schedules models
Works with Lead Stylist to style outfits prior to shoots; tidies after shoots
Obtains product details for listings, including measurements
Sources new models as needed, striving for diversity and body-positivity
E-commerce Listings: Writes product descriptions and prepares listings to be published to the website.
Writes creative product descriptions, including technical terminology and search-minded keywords
Uploads photos and prepares listings to be published
Marketing Support: Assists Marketing Manager with various marketing endeavors, including:
Email marketing (copywriting, layout, graphics, and scheduling)
Keeping track of incoming and delivered products
Brainstorming ideas for content positioning, based on incoming product
Preparing and implementing marketing promotions
E-commerce and SEO tasks in Shopify
Website tasks
Graphic creation via Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
Pulling Shopify reports and inventory queries as needed
Updating Google Sheets and Google Docs
Qualifications: Photography, copywriting and graphic design experience. Requires someone who is marketing minded and highly organized, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, flexibility to change, and ability to prioritize tasks and self manage.
