Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Retail Merchandiser role located in Katunga, VIC. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring that retail displays are visually appealing, appropriately stocked, and aligned with sales strategies. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory levels, collaborating with internal teams to understand product strategies, interacting with customers to gather feedback, and executing sales promotions effectively. The role also involves working closely with store managers to optimize shelf space and enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and customers
- Experience in Retail and Sales operations, including product placement and display optimization
- Understanding of Sales & Marketing strategies to drive promotions and enhance brand presence
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in the apparel or fashion industry is an advantage
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
