Job Description :
Recruit, train, and develop staff, and ensure they are motivated to provide excellent customer service
Maintain inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure stock availability and minimize losses
Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
Manage operational expense budgets and financial reports
Manage store managers and ensure their success in the role
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support corporate initiatives
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from any major
Proficiency in English is a must
Experienced in Retail Fashion industry is mandatory
Representative with good sense of store aesthetic setting
Strong analytical thinking, especially to deal with data using excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot)
Good leadership & interpersonal skill
Able to work under pressure
Willing to travel
Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
