POSITION: Retail Operation Senior Manager

TEAM: 3 Retail Operation staff
Job Summary: The Retail Operation Sr. Manager is responsible for supporting the retail team in defining and implementing retail strategies and booster plans, monitoring KPIs, managing various retail projects and events, and ensuring the development and alignment of Retail Excellence programs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the retail market.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Retail Network Expansion:
Lead negotiations with department stores to expand the store network.
Maximize brand value through relocations, remodels, and new store developments.
Oversee the entire process from new store preparation to project management and successful store openings.
Proactively seek and propose opportunities for POP UP-IN and other initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
2.Retail Strategy and Implementation:
Support the retail team in defining and implementing retail strategies and booster plans.
Monitor performance and recommend corrective action plans to ensure the achievement of retail objectives.
3.Event Strategy and Planning:
Develop store event strategies in collaboration with the retail team and plan the annual event calendar.
Manage and execute retail projects and events to drive customer engagement and sales.
4.KPI Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend corrective actions to improve performance.
Analyze and consolidate feedback on retail-related tools and report findings to relevant stakeholders.
5.Resource Allocation and Investment Maximization:
Maximize investment in stores and allocate resources effectively, including events and staffing.
Develop and propose strategies for top priority stores to expand market share and outperform competitors.
Monitor and control CAPEX budget for the store construction projects
6.Coordination and Collaboration:
Coordinate with department stores and suppliers for media control, including product suggestions, space negotiation, and store related fixture production management.
Collaborate with ID Dept and Finance Dept. for the store construction and provide Italian HQ with required documentation for the store construction approval.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or equivalent experience
Proven experience in retail operations management, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
Previous experience as a Retail Manager is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing successful retail projects and events.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective retail strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in business English is mandatory.
