Responsibilities
- Responsible for Display Solution:
- Co-work with local mkt on Display design and production
- Source local producers and build up strategic partnerships. Guiding principle: cost-efficient and good quality
- Arrange and follow display production until it's delivered to Retailers
- Responsible for Store Efficiency Upgrade:
- Store Visit mechanism design (SOP, checklist, reporting requirement, etc.)
- Maintain a full-list of retailer stores
- Maintain store manager/session manager relationship
- Responsible for Merchandiser Management, building up a mechanism and execute:
- Source labor vendors for strategic partnership
- SOP&Product Training
- Daily monitor
- Responsible for Sell-Out Boost Initiatives:
- Holistic solutions to consistently boost sell-out. Possible approach incl.: "Battle-card", give-away, etc.
