Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Retail Operations Assistant to join our Retail Team. This role will support the operational running of the Retail Department, as well as providing administrative support to the field team. Our Retail Operations Assistant will be based in our London office three days a week and then work remotely two days a week, when not visiting stores.

The RoleYour daily to-dos might look like this:

Operational Administration

Coordinate daily operational procedures across locations to ensure consistency and efficiency across all markets

Support in the implementation and enforcement of operational policies and procedures in accordance with our ongoing Retail strategy

Monitor operational efficiency of store performance utilising Regional Sales Managers’ reporting to ensure Retail operational excellence

Ensure Retail Calendar is kept current and up-to-date, and be responsible for the subsequent scheduling of meetings and execution of projects such as store openings

Support with store set ups where necessary

Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance purposes relating to Retail operations – for example, Health & Safety risk assessments and accident reporting

Site Maintenance & Inventory Management

Support in ensuring all locations are maintained to a high standard in terms of cleanliness, organisation, and maintenance via the organisation of various external providers and suppliers

Conduct regular in store visits to assess store maintenance and operational procedures and process in practice to feedback to Retail Management

Support with regular inventory checks and audits

Assist with ordering of supplies

Support will roll out of operational systems, such as scheduling appointments

Sales Support

Support the Regional Sales Managers in their sales strategies by assisting with the analysis of operational data and provision of insights to improve store operations

Assist in budgetary management with the aim to optimise sales and reduce costs across all locations

Communication and Collaboration

Serve as a liaison between Retail in-stores and Retail Management

Communicate and collaborate effectively across departments to ensure alignment and clarity with the Retail strategy and associated projects

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle an ever-changing workload within a fast-paced environment

Solution-focused and adaptable to the changing needs of the business

Confident with Google Drive, Excel, and Word

Experience within the Beauty or Fashion industry preferred but not essential

Excellent prioritising skills between tasks with minimum supervision
