Key Responsibilities:
– Manager end-to-end operations for stores in Southern Vietnam
– Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
– Develop and lead high-performing retail teams
– Ensure top-tier customer experience at every location
Ideal Candidate Profile:
– Minimum 7 years of experience in retail
– At least 3–5 years in senior management roles (preferably in supermarket or multi-store retail)
– Strong understanding of the Southern Vietnam market
– Proven leadership, team development, and problem-solving skills
