Job Description :
- Organize and manage all offline stores operations performance to achieve the given target (sales/revenue and team productivity, operations performance, security, store display, customer services & hospitality)
- Responsible in optimizing the store management and staff allocation and hiring within the department and to supervise/guide offline store team towards maximum performance
- Keep update of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store (system, procedure and services)
- Organizing the supply chain operations and ensure healthy inventory are in placed to gain maximum sales performance
- Responsible to prevent stock loss within the stores
- Prepare and control the store’s budget and P&L in aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency and also optimized profitability
- Working in hands with marketing campaign team and visual merchandiser to plan and oversee offline in-store or off-store promotional events or displays
- Provide and present report and analysis to higher level management
- Maintain relation with Brands/Principal in terms of daily operations
Job Requirement :
- Min Bachelor Degree from any major
- Advanced experience and knowledge in retail industry
- Proven experience as retail operations management manager more than 3 years
- Outstanding communication & interpersonal abilities with strong leadership and advanced knowledge of retail management software
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
