Main Purpose
As an operations specialist, he/she efficiently assists the Retail Area Sales Manager in elevating & bring about operational efficiencies within Cartier retail network by ensuring smooth functioning of day-to-day retail operations & maximize overall operational efficiency to allow for commercial success and seamless client experiences.
Key Responsiblities
I.Merchandising & Product Assortment:
Coordinate merchandising efforts to curate the ideal product assortment for existing and upcoming boutiques, enhancing customer appeal & sales performance
Monitor stock levels and ensure boutiques are properly stocked. Fair share, rebalancing to be monitored
II.Business Analysis
Perform all duties of a Business Analyst, delivering comprehensive dashboards and insightful reports to management for data-driven decision-making.
Prepare market and competition analysis reports to identify improvement areas and implement best practice
III. Boutique Operations
Oversee day-to-day store operations and enhance store operational efficiency
Manage uniform allowance for all boutique employees
On-site support new store opening and preplan store opening procedure
Cooperate with multi functional department to develop operation systematic procedure
Develop procedure of preplanning store supplies
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure store appearance and merchandise meet company standard
Enhance client repair efficiency in boutique.
