On behalf of World-famous ICT company – Huawei, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Regional Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising (VM) Specialist to join the team.
Chinese language is mandatory.
Role Purpose
As a key member of the Regional Retail Business team, you will be responsible for the align strategic mapping and physical optimization of our retail stores in the region. This role bridges the gap between high-level retail operations and on-ground visual execution, ensuring stores are mapped according to the proper rank and outfitted according to global brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1) Retail Store Strategic Mapping & Asset Management
1.1 Store Database Ownership: Align with countries retail team to maintain an exhaustive regional database of all retail store according to global brand standards.
1.2 Inventory of Physical Assets: Sort out and plan the physical asset required for product launch campaign to capitalize the return of investment and improving overall brand image.
2) Regional Visual Merchandising (VM) Management
2.1 Display Guideline Localization: Adapt global VM guidelines for the regional market, ensuring they are actionable for local store teams according to campaign.
2.2 Prop Management: Coordinate with country retail team regarding promotional display props, POSM material and special experience tools according to campaign product launch.
2.3 Regional Display Checks: Coordinate and proceed with regional display check routine on monthly basis, form a report at every end of the month. Aligning with country regarding the changes and requirement for display check.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1) Strong English and Mandarin skills (written and verbal) are Mandatory.
2) At least 5 years in Retail Operations, Visual Merchandising, ideally within the 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) or high-end lifestyle retail sectors.
3) Proficiency in both Excel & PPT are essential. You must be comfortable managing spreadsheets and able to create clear and high quality PPT report.
