Role Description
This is a contract role for a 6 wk summer pilot featuring: Live models a Retail Partnerships Management position based in the Greater Philadelphia area, with hybrid work flexibility allowing some tasks to be performed remotely. The role focuses on building and managing strategic retail partnerships with Malls and fashion retailers. While maintaining strong relationships with partners and driving mutual growth.
Immediate responsibilities include, Mall Pilot closings, Renegotiations, Retailer partnership strategies, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with internal teams, and conducting effective communication with President and CFO.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships development
- Closed deals for pop-ups, Kiosks and brand activations, highly preferred.
- Exceptional Communication skills for both internal and external collaboration
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to measure and interpret partnership performance and Mall dwell time and customer engagement.
- Background in retail leasing or Specialty Leasing is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
