Title: Retail Planner

Location: Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong SAR
Fossil Group is looking for a Retail Planner to manage retail planning for all concepts’ retail stores and concessions in Asia. This Retail Planner will develop inventory receipt plans and manage demand forecasts to ensure proper inventory flow and management of merchandise to meet sales objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own Open-to-buy for responsible categories, aligning to sales, margins and inventory goals
- Coordinate with merchandise planning, finance and merchandising teams to develop forecast bottoms up/tops down
- Forecast demands monthly by sku
- Collaborate with Allocators to ensure inventory flow to stores aligns to sales and inventory goals (ST%, WOS, etc)
- Coordinate with Brand merchants, Store Operations, and Visual Merchandising teams on in-store floorset, promotion, and task execution
- Determine pricing and promotions with Brand guardrails for Fossil Stores to achieve both sales and margin objectives, leverage inventory
- Work with Supply Planners to ensure proper flow and delivery of merchandise
- Run and build reports to analyze the business and communicate with cross-functional partners
- Ad hoc special projects as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Retail Merchandising or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of planning or buying experience
- Experience in wholesale planning for watch/jewelry category is a plus
- Data driven and take initiative
- Self-managing and proven success in planning, buying or allocation
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Inquisitive witha strong desire to learn
- Attention to detail
- Analytical skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise products
- SAP knowledge preferred
